I'm currently looking for
relaxed, not necessarily fast paced roleplays. I happen to have just recently started university after all.
I expect you to read the following. I don't exactly like answering questions that have already been answered in the guidelines below.
Be warned though: do not provoke the mudkip. I bite when I'm pissed off and though I'm usually pretty damned calm, I can be set off. Not cool.
[[ one ]][/font]. That also means that I will mirror posts but I will not go under two paragraphs - that's usually my minimum. I have a no-fluff policy. That means I write as much as is needed to inform about whatever needs to be informed and not any extra. I simply don't see the point in revealing everything at once and giving someone a chance to god mod. It's happened before. Also, I roleplay in third person past tense only. I'm willing to try first person. But I can't do poetry.[/ul]
[[ two ]][/font]! I can't stress how much it irks me to see silly typos - especially if it's word replacements like "defiantly" instead of "definitely" or "drug" instead of "dragged". Please don't. Keep the
multiple exclamation marks to a minimum. And know how proper capitalization works. Also, no uberly-small fonts. Keep fonts between 9pt and 11pt. I'm not asking for absolute perfection - just to keep these to a minimum. I make these mistakes too - especially when I'm typing on my phone.[/ul]
[[ three ]][/i] to fade to black[/color]. That's just what I'm more comfortable with. Sue me. That being said, there's no harm asking or tentatively trying to go further. If I get uncomfortable, I will tell you. Also, character-wise I'm mostly fine - unless they're spineless. Well, and really young or old main characters - that's where I draw the line.[/ul]
[[ four ]][/color]to anything else, and I do play heterosexual characters characters (and women) sometimes, and even then, I'm pretty damned picky. Why?
I want to play with someone who can give as good as they get. My boys (and girls whenever I play them) are stubborn assholes. They don't deal with weaklings, they walk all over them. Most of them will even kill them. I want to see verbal sparring, testing each others' limits, dealing with their own demons and being able to help with the other's. I don't like big power gaps. I don't like being the only one supporting the story or lugging your useless, clueless, character through. Oh. Also, don't even bother giving me anything/anyone childlike, shota or loli. I want to play against an adult. I'm actually kind of curious to know why people always say they don't want to play a dominant person. Seriously. But whatever. Can't force people to change their minds. [/ul]
[[ five ]][/color] person. I've played the dominant, strong person for so many people, I'm sort of getting tired of it. And also, I, for once,
would love to be the woman in heterosexual plots. Seriously. Haven't done that for ages and ages. So don't come to me asking to play the dude; my answer will be "try back in a couple of months time".[/ul]
[[ six ]][/color]. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work. Period. Please be willing to have a slow developing relationship, or just a platonic relationship between characters.[/ul]

don't want to be playing against any of the fair folk. Or anything with a substantial amount of fur or scales on their body when they look like a human. If you don't understand what I mean, then you probably shouldn't even be thinking about asking me for a roleplay.[/ul]

PMs or email, if we use that. That way I won't lose anything or forget and stuff. I tend to forget. A lot. And as you can tell, I like chatting.[/ul]

I promise that I will tell you, so respect my decision and do not pester me. Feel free to suggest another roleplay or part ways. Similarly, if you have previously dropped a roleplay with me and wish to pick it up, just send me a message and I'll likely just pick it right back up, no problems. If we get along, I would LOVE to do another RP sometime down the road.[/ul]

I want to plot with you, and I want you to plot with me. I'm not as bitchy or mean as I come off. Really. Or why would I bother to ask you to talk to me or plot with me?[/ul]
NOTE: There IS a reason I did not mention yaoi. In my mind, yaoi refers to a specific genre inspired by anime/manga dynamics and cultures. I'm not exactly interested in RPs that have that kind of dynamic. I respect them but it's not my cup of tea.
